Typically, most interior design projects take 3 to 6 months to complete, depending on its size and complexity. Working with time sensitive cases we always do our best to complete the project as quickly as possible, but kindly ask the client to inform us about it at the beginning of the process.
Since custom furniture is often built-to-order, it can take 6 to 12 weeks to arrive (sometimes longer or shorter), and rush charges may apply if you need them sooner. By scheduling frequent meetings with your designer and making decisions promptly, you can help speed up the process. We work closely with you to ensure that we stay on track and meet your timeline as accurate as possible.

We assure you that we won’t take any negative feedback personally. Simply let us know what aspects you are unsatisfied with and why, and we make necessary changes at no cost whenever possible. Although it may require some additional time during the initial design phase to understand your preferences, we are willing to put in the effort. In case you are having difficulty envisioning the final appearance of your home, we can provide photorealistic 3-D renderings which allow you to preview before committing.

During this phase of your project, we want you to sit back, relax and let us take care of the details. We handle all the furniture ordering, rugs, lighting and window treatments, ensure that everything arrives on schedule in the right finish and size and without damage.

In summary, a proposal is a document that is presented to the client before work begins to outline the scope of the project and provide an estimated cost. While an invoice is generated after the project is completed and is used to request payment for the services provided.
